Orders placed through Spudlets.com will be shipped free providing your order totals more than $50, and all items in your order are UPS shippable. Orders under $50 will be billed according to UPS shipping policy. A large majority of items for sale at Spudlets.com are available to be shipped UPS. Every item on our site is marked whether or not it can ship UPS.

Items that cannot ship UPS including furniture, oversize or overweight items, do not qualify for free shipping. These items will ship via common carrier (Freight) to your door in 1-4 business days. For more information on Freight orders see our Truck Delivery (Freight) section below.

Most of our orders ship the same business day providing your paid order is placed through our site by 3:00PM in your local time zone. Spudlets.com will email you a tracking number that you may use to track your order at www.ups.com. Please note transit times do not include weekends or holidays. Deliveries only occur on business days. Most of our customers receive their orders the next business day. Spudlets.com strives for your satisfaction. Spudlets.com from 38 different distribution centers across the country. Expected delivery dates are based on a number of factors. Product availability at the local distribution center, time of day, and whether an item must be shipped freight are a few of the factors that help determine our expected delivery date. Spudlets.com can not guarantee any stated delivery date.

For now, Spudlets.com does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, International, or any Post Office Box.

Truck Delivery (Freight)

Products unable to ship UPS, including furniture, oversize items and overweight items do not qualify for our free shipping policy. These items will ship via Common Carrier (Freight). Items that ship freight will be delivered to your door in 1-4 business days. Shipping charges for Freight orders are as follows:

• 1st item - $69.00
• Each additional item - $20.00

Your total Freight charge will not exceed $299.00

A signature is required for all Freight delivered orders. Someone must be available during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm) to sign for and accept a truck delivery. Please note any apparent damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for shipment.

Do not discard the shipping materials/packaging for your order. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements. Please review our Returns & Exchange Policy for more information.

Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if your delivery can not be made to your address.
